DAYLO Home & Outdoor delivers to addresses within New Zealand.

Free delivery

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in New Zealand. There is no minimum spend.

Delivery times

Each product page shows where the item ships from and its estimated delivery time.

• Items held in New Zealand: estimated delivery 3–5 business days.
• Items shipped from our overseas suppliers: estimated delivery 7–20 days from the date you order.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by public holidays, weather and courier delays. If your order includes items from different locations, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we will email you tracking details where available.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us straight away. We can update the address only before the order is dispatched.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund. See our Refund policy for more details.
